Dear Parents and Guardians,
Due to the forecasted weather conditions for tonight and in the morning, and to ensure the safety of all students and staff, Lafayette County School District will be closed on Friday, January 10th.
All classes, extracurricular activities, and after school programs will be cancelled for the day. We encourage everyone to take necessary precautions and remain safe and warm during this time.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Basketball fans!! 🏀
All basketball games scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, January 10th, have been rescheduled to January 27th.
LCSD will be closed on Thursday, January 9, due to inclement weather. A decision about Friday will be made on Thursday.
With the potential threat for winter weather later this week, we wanted to remind parents and guardians of all methods of receiving school notifications and alerts. Announcements will be made through LCSD's website, app notifications, text alerts and the district's Facebook page.
Please make sure all contact information is up to date with your student's appropriate school office.
Please see the attached flyer with directions on how to find and download LCSD's App.
