On behalf of the administration of LCSD, we ask that all fans attending extra-curricular activities who support and cheer on our players and teams to please sit on the Home side if we are playing at home and sit on the Visitors side if we are playing away from home. This request is being asked to help create a safer and more enjoyable experience for our Cougar athletes and fans. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we work together to provide a positive and safe environment for our players, students and fans. Thank you!

Dear Cougar Family, Based on the uncertain nature of the weather forecast and the expected timing of the inclement weather over the next few days, it is unlikely that a definitive statement will be made about school closure until late Monday evening . Please note that the District office will be monitoring the weather and checking the roads to make a definitive statement in a timely manner for staff, students, and parents to make any necessary arrangements. School closure announcements will be made through our Facebook page, mobile app, website, and local news channels. Have a great holiday weekend. Be safe and stay warm. Opal Anderson, Superintendent
