Although LCSD will not be offering a summer feeding program this year, children 18 and younger can pick up a meal, free of charge at other sites. Please see the attached flyer for more information.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCMENT January 11, 2021
Due to an increase in the number of positive and quarantined Covid-19 cases in grades K-12 and staff members, the Lafayette County School District will be taking 3 AMI days, January 12-14, 2022. Students will return on Tuesday, January 18, 2022. This time period will allow for deep cleaning and disinfection of our facilities.
Teachers will send work via e-mail, google classroom, Lexia Learning, Buzz or paper packets. Parents make sure your child/children check these accounts daily.
Teachers will be available through email.
Lunch and Breakfast may be picked up from 11:30-12:30 each day.

Due to the stress that the pandemic has caused economically, Lafayette County School District will be providing all necessary school supplies, except for a backpack and water bottle, for all of our students in grades K-12 .
We hope that purchasing these school supplies for every child registered in our District will help our Cougar families financially as we continue to deal with the impact of COVID-19. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your child’s school.
